How do I replace my Astro ultra box?
Change TV settings – Ultra Box / Ulti Box
- On your remote, press the HOME button and the home menu will be displayed on top of your screen.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Navigate to TV Settings and press “OK”.
- Navigate to your preferred selection and press “OK”.
- Navigate to Save and press “OK” to confirm your selection.

What if my Astro has no signal?
Switch off the power for your box and make sure that the adapter’s power light is off. Unplug the HDMI cable from your box and plug it back in securely. Do select the correct TV input.
Why is Astro signal unavailable?
Signal unavailable means your decoder are unable to get the satellite signal from the satellite (so it is not related whether did you subscribe to the channel or not). If it doesn’t work, then the issue could be your satellite dish (could be alignment or LNB or cable) or the decoder is faulty.
