1. Find the Elder Scroll.
2. Fill the Blank Lexicon.
3. Give the Lexicon to Septimus Signus.
4. Harvest blood from a High Elf, Wood Elf, Dark Elf, Falmer, and Orc.
5. Give the collected blood samples to Septimus Signus.
6. Retrieve the book from within the Cube.
